I hold a Bachelors of Music Education from Wittenberg University, a Master of Education from Xavier University, and have completed three levels of certification in Orff-Schulwerk at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. I came to GA in 2008 with more than a decade of experience in teaching.
My favorite parts of working at GA are collaborating with all of the fine educators here (including Mr. Diehl!) and watching and guiding my students as they progress from kindergarten through junior high. I play the flute and piano and live with my husband, three teenage children, one dog, two guinea pigs, one rabbit, and two leopard geckos.
