Magazine Drive

The 2011 Magazine Drive will take place September 14 through 26!

New subscriptions and renewals are offered at money-saving prices. Profits from this important fundraiser go directly to the operating budget of our school. $20,641 was our net profit for 2010.

This is a big fund raiser for our school and lots of help is needed.

Processing Orders: We need at least 12 workers a day to count orders in the cafeteria.  This involves tallying and recording orders and awarding Points and other non Prize Store prizes. It would be helpful to bring a calculator with you. Depending on the volume of orders, we start at 9:00am and finish anywhere from 11:00 – 1:00pm.

Prize Store Help: We need 6-10 workers a day in the Cafeteria to help set up the prize table, help students select prizes and help pack up from 10:45 to 1:15.

Corn Hole Game: We need 4-6 volunteers to help run the Corn Hole game from 10:45 to 1:15 in the Parking Lot if weather permits (alternative is the old Gym)

Goal Charts: We need 1-2 volunteers to keep the Homeroom Goal Charts in the Cafeteria updated. This can be done in the afternoon on the days we count orders or the next morning.
