Art Show 2012

Please come and enjoy viewing the annual GA Art Show. Every child has wonderful art work in the Show! Help celebrate the artistic talents of your children! Enjoy seeing the special area: International Bazaar. The GA Art Show is open:

Friday, May 9 – Adult Night – ARTastic Fundraiser

Saturday, May 10 – after the 5:00 Mass

Sunday, May 11 – after all the Masses – 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Monday, May 12 – open for students to view the Show again with their classes – 8:15 – 11:00 am

Volunteers Needed
We are requesting help with set up and take down of the Art Show. Here are the days and times in which we need help. We especially need help with take down on Monday the 12th.

Thursday, May 8 – 1:00 – set up of the special area – starting in the Art Room

Friday, May 9 – set up of the rest of the Show – 8:00 am – starting in the Art Room

Monday, May 12 – take down – 11:00 am starting in the Undercroft
