Art Show

Saturday, May 14 – after the 5:00 pm Mass
Sunday, May 15 – 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (after all Masses)
Monday, May 16 – 8:15-11:30

Please come and help your children celebrate their artistic talents and abilities! Every child in the school has beautiful and creative art work in the Show. Children in grades 1 – 8 have two or more pieces on display! Also, learn about our theme–The Masters!

Volunteers needed for set-up and take-down of the Art Show:
Thursday, May 12 - set-up of The Masters area
1:30 p.m.–meet in the art room
Friday, May 13 - set-up of the main part of the show
8 a.m.–meet in the art room
Monday, May 16 - take down of the show
11:30 a.m.–meet in the undercroft

If you are interested in helping with any of these days, please contact Carol Mackey by e-mail: cmackey@gaschool.org or fill out the form below and Mrs. Mackey will contact you regarding your availability.  Check all that apply and add comments if you need to ask any questions regarding volunteer times.
