Sports Registration

In order to participate in any of the Guardian Angels sports programs, the registration form must be filled out along with the CYO release form.  You may officially register by attending the individual sports “Sign Ups” (see Calendar) or fill both of these forms out and send them into the GA School Office along with your check. Please note registration deadlines. Late registrations will be accepted, but additional fees apply.

Spring Sports Sign-ups
Boys Volleyball, Track, Baseball & Girls Softball sign ups will be held January 22nd after the 10am Mass in the undercroft and January 29th after the 12pm Mass in the Gathering Space.  You can also download the forms to the right and send them into the school office with your payment.  Please address your envelope Attn: Boosters.  All registrations for Spring sports are due by February 1st.  There is a $20 late fee for forms received after that date.
